As representative of many notable emerging fine artists--whose impressive Sothebys.com auction sales records are readily available--we are delighted to offer their works for purchase through Swede Success Studio.
With more than 150 successful auction sales since the launch of Sotheby's On Line Auctions in December 1999, we are confident that you will find the quality and value you seek as a collector of fine art.
Purchase of Artwork:
Once you have selected the painting you wish to purchase, please click on the "How to Purchase" link located beneath the purchase price. You will be taken to a page where you will learn how to proceed. We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logos, Diners Club International, JCB Card, Cashier's checks, wire transfers and personal checks.
Acquired Artwork Policy:
Please note that, in most cases, you will be purchasing work by a fine artist who already holds an established auction sales records on Sothebys.com, and many of whom are fine artists listed in MAYER International Auction Records-the reference value guide preferred by connoisseurs of fine art world wide. Please be assured that every painting will be accompanied by a "Certificate of Authenticity" along with the Biography of the Artist. Please be advised that the copyright of all artwork remains held by the artist, and the artist shall have the right to use this piece for publicity or reproduction purposes.
Commissioned Artwork:
Several of our most successful artists are often asked to create a commissioned work. All commissioned work requires a 50% down payment prior to commencement, with the balance due and payable upon its completion. We will provide you with a digital image of the work prior to requesting final payment.
Returns/Exchanges of Acquired Artwork:
Although we have never had a dissatisfied buyer, or a returned painting, we realize that we must consider the possibility. We suggest that you contact us immediately upon receipt of your painting, via e-mail or voice message, with your feedback. If you believe that the painting does not meet your expectations, we will immediately contact you to discuss your concerns. If we are unable to resolve and satisfy your query, you may return or exchange the painting within 7 days of its delivery date to you. You will, of course, take responsibility for the cost of professional packing, shipping and insurance. If your decision is to return the artwork, once we have received the painting in the same condition as sent, we will refund you for the purchase price within 7 days of its return. If your decision is to exchange the work for another, we feel certain we can work out an amicable arrangement.
